Shipping

• We aim to ship any new orders within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• All orders will be shipped in professional record mailers, with two cardboard 'stiffeners' for added protection.
• All orders will be shipped via 'Royal Mail', with 'Proof of Postage' being obtained for every order.
• Orders from the UK for 7"s will be shipped '1st Class Standard'. UK orders for 12"s/LP's will be shipped '2nd Class Standard'.
• International orders will be shipped via standard 'Air Mail'.
• If an order consists of a 'Pre-order' item and a 'Shipping Now' item, then your order will be shipped once the 'Pre-order' item is in stock. However, if you would like your 'Shipping Now' item to be shipped immediately, then please get in contact with us as there will be an additional charge to cover shipping for both. 
• Due to the current nature of manufacturing and production at pressing plants, pre-order dates may change. However we try and aim to avoid this by ensuring the shipping date is well in advance of when the records are due to be shipped to us from the plant. 
• If you would like your order shipped via 'Signed For' or 'Special Delivery', then please contact us, so we can work out the extra cost to cover this.
